Zaika-North Indian Cuisine, Miri

It has been half year since my last post and this is my first blog post of the year ^^  I very seldom have Indian cuisine but Acura recommend this restaurant so I just give a tried.
This restaurant served North Indian Cuisine its descent from Persian ancestors. This restaurant located at Boulevard Commercial Center.

Mango & Strawberry Lassi

Their lassi is a must to order when you are here. The Mango Lassi was one of the best I have ever had, you will never regret!

Vegetarian Fried Rice, is really tasty

We also ordered Tandoori Chicken and vegetable. The chicken is tender and juicy. The aroma of the spices is lovely and I highly recommend that. We also ordered Bhindi Naintaraa (Lady Fingers) is a mixtures of tossed tomatoes, spices and onions. You will definitely love it. 
This is probably my favourite restaurant in Miri for Indian Cuisine and I will be there when I come visit Miri. The price is slightly expensive but is really worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant,

Marriott Resort & Spa,Miri

I have been very lazy to update my blog because tired of working. I know I should continue my post in Kota Kinabalu, unfortunately I format my laptop and I forget to backup my photos :( Well, I need to be hardworking to update my blog ^-^  Today post is about Marriott hotel in Miri. I love the environment here.

Well, Acura is goldcard member for Marriott so we get free breakfast for 2 ^-^ 

Dessert Master @ Miri

Miri here I come again ^-^ Reach here on Christmas day to meet Acura. After dinner, we went for 'tong sui' (dessert) at Boulevard.

In less than 10 min, waitress served us the dessert.

It look ugly but the taste is good ^^

Mango Sago Pamelo (RM6) @ 'Yong Ji Gum Lo'
I love the taste but they said ok ok only.

Overall, the dessert is good and environment is comfortable. I see people chatting and gathering here. If you are craving for dessert in Miri, do have a try at Dessert Master.

I enjoy my trip at Miri because I eat everyday :p Well this time we had dinner at this shop where they I really no idea what is the shop name by is located at Miri by pass.

Love it & taste good
Not very sure with the exact location but if you are using Miri by pass then you turn to left to the road & you will see this shop crowded with people. I miss that!! I will be back for it =)

Mdm Wee Food Cafe

Everyday I wake up early around 6am to fetch Acura to work. I never woke up so early unless during secondary time. I do it everyday fetch him to work & lunch so that I got car to drive around Miri.

After that we going to have our lunch at Madam Wee where they are famous with their home made noodles & laksa. The place is packed with customers during lunch time & lucky we manage to get place to seat.

3 layer tea
This is a must to order when you at Miri. Taste much more better than in KL.

The taste is good & not too oily compare to the one I have in KL.

This place have limited parking space & is crowded during lunch. I heard that there is another place famous for Laksa also but I not able to try. I hope I can try the other stall so that I can make comparison between it.

Kent Garden @ Miri

Get sick after few days at Miri. Ivan ask me why I always sick when come to Miri hahaha But the weather at Miri is better than KL just that I drink less water so get sick. Today Acura bring me to a restaurant at Lutong. I like this environment & enjoy it.

I like the taste but Acura feel a bit weird because it include raisin, nuts & chicken floss.

I enjoy the dinner & environment. Will definitely back here when I go Miri again

Miri - Day 1

After trip to BKK, 2 week later I plan to visit Acura at Sarawak. Well, there goes another trip =)
I take the earliest flight to Miri so that I can see Acura soon.

After 2 hour 15min flight I reach Miri =) I feel so excited because Acura is waiting for me at the arrival hall. Is already 1 month + we did not see each other. I miss him so much! After picking me up, Acura bring me to Fisherman Kitchen at Luak Bay.

I forget the noodles name but I really like the taste a a lot but Acura does not really like it. It taste sour & a bit spicy, I like it! After that we went back home & have a rest because I m tired.

I does not like the dinner so I did not feel like posting about it so that all for my day 1 in Miri

Miri Vacation - Day 5 (last day)

At last this is the last post I write about my vacation at Miri, it takes almost 2 week to finish it. Time pass fast where my vacation in Miri going to end soon. Feel hard to leave Acura but I cannot do anything since he have to work here. Early in the morning, we meet up with Ivan & Vivi where they bring us to Hopoh Canteen in Krokop (if not mistaken) for famous Kueh Chap. Kueh Chap is non halal food that served with pig internal organs, flat noodles & herb soup. Well, I don't really like to eat animal internal organs so we requested not to put in those & replace it with other.

After that, we had visit to Ivan new house before heading back hotel to pack my things. Time past fast as it already last day & I need to go back to KL alone without Acura with me this time =(
